Las Vegas realtor and developer prepares for real estate shift
Landon Miller, owner of Landon Miller Homes and realtor with huntington & ellis, a Real Estate Agency, is preparing the local real estate industry for a new chapter by developing a series of $15 million-plus exclusive homes.
“Initiated by the approved plans for a Sony movie studio and the presence of the Las Vegas Raiders, Golden Knights and other sports teams, the demand for ultra-luxury real estate is expected to surge,” said Miller, a luxury home specialist. “Having grown up in California, I’ve always been captivated by its luxury architectural styles. It’s my goal to mirror that level of architecture here.”
The launch of Miller’s initiative kicks off with a $22.9 million estate in Southern Highlands. The 9,500-square-foot, three-story estate boasts contemporary chic design elements such as light wood tones, cement-plastered interior and exterior walls, clean lines, and expansive windows that integrate indoor and outdoor living.
Among its features are a subterranean 7-car garage, a separate 3-car daily garage, a dedicated media/game room with a wet bar, spacious gym, and a temperature-controlled wine room capable of storing over 750 bottles. Amenities extend to a steam room shower, cold plunge, resort-style pool and an expansive upstairs terrace offering views of the Las Vegas skyline.
Construction on the estate has begun, with framing expected to start within the next few weeks. The project is anticipated to be completed by fall 2025.
“Despite Las Vegas’ rapid growth and renowned entertainment scene, the city has surprisingly few ultra-luxe homes,” said Miller. “As people relocate from Hollywood and other parts of the United States, they’re looking for an elevated level of luxury, and that’s what we’re striving to provide.”
This estate is the first in the series of ultra-luxurious properties he plans to design, build, and sell throughout the valley. Each home will showcase a different architectural style and unique amenities, ensuring no home is the same. Miller’s luxury home designs reflect various styles such as soft contemporary, California chic with a touch of Scandinavian minimalist influence.
“There’s a growing trend towards fully customized homes, which I am quite excited about,” said Miller. “More and more, clients come to us with a desire to create homes that truly reflect their personal style and needs. I work hand in hand with our clients to make my vision and the client’s vision come true.”
Landon Miller Homes also constructs modern spec home communities, each comprising four to eight homes. Buyers can select from mid-century, contemporary, or modern farmhouse designs for each floor plan. Starting at $1,435,000, these homes offer the option for complete customization of finishes.
