NEW YORK, May 02, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ICSC announced today that ICSC LAS VEGAS, the world’s largest commercial real estate gathering, will return to Las Vegas, Nevada from May 19 through 21. Blending forward-looking insights and historical perspective, this year’s event will examine the ever-evolving industry landscape and the experiences that shape it.

This year, content sessions highlighting trends and challenges facing the industry will be hosted at an expanded space to accommodate anticipated high attendance. The 30-minute power sessions include Urban and Suburban Renewal Strategies: Lessons from Successful Revitalization Projects and Shifting Store Formats: The Impact on Tenant Mixes, Leases and Portfolio. Attendees will also learn from ICSC LAS VEGAS keynote speaker and seven-time National Coach of the Year Nick Saban on overcoming adversity. At Professional Development Workshops, participants will gain valuable perspectives from industry experts on career advancement, as well as relevant industry topics, such as the role of artificial intelligence, public-private partnerships, the value of experiences, and more.
