Josh McDaniels, who coached the Las Vegas Raiders for one-and-a-half desultory seasons and was subsequently fired, recently listed his massive Las Vegas-area mansion for $4,900,000. He’s already fielding an offer on the place after five days.

The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Henderson home features 6,700 square feet of living space and sits on a half-acre lot. Built in 2005, the property was recently renovated.

The property was last sold in 2022 for $4,950,000, according to public records. The current list price likely reflects McDaniels’ desire to put Sin City in his rearview mirror.

The Mediterranean-style build is located in a gated country club community that’s within a 30-minute drive of the Las Vegas Strip.

McDaniels, 48, was the head coach of the Raiders for 25 games during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. He was dismissed with a record of nine wins and 16 losses.

Previously, McDaniels was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the New England Patriots from 2012 to 2021. A short detour as head coach of the Denver Broncos in 2009 and 2010 also proved less than successful, and he was axed before he finished a second season.
