A pair of towers is under construction in Henderson — with the type of price tag that merits the inclusion of a celebrity chef’s fancy restaurant. The Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas in MacDonald Highlands is a $1.3 billion project that will open in late 2026 with 171 condos between the two high-rises. With sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline, a new restaurant from Wolfgang Puck will take up residence on one of the tower’s 25 stories.
The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group has yet to name the new restaurant. Puck will be the sole culinary operator for the residences, according to a statement from the Residences’s developer, and the fine dining restaurant will offer “something entirely new” with a bar and lounge for more casual bites. Multiple wine rooms will house a robust wine collection — plus Puck will provide poolside service and onsite catering for residents.
This will be Puck’s newest Vegas-adjacent restaurant since opening Carama at Mandalay Bay just ahead of the Super Bowl earlier this year. It should fit in nicely with the Private Residences’ other amenities, which include a library, screening room, wine cellars, and a wellness center. If you’d like to live within elevator’s distance of the new Puck project, units are still available. Prices for the condos start at $3.5 million, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Three-bedroom units start at $4.5 million. Junior penthouses start at $10 million and one penthouse is selling for just under $29 million.
