Tim Castello, of Castello Group, will moderate the discussion. The panelists will explore how each jurisdiction approaches commercial real estate development, offering an analysis of land availability, development processes, and construction regulations, while providing a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges in each jurisdiction.
